It opens on #3, then pops over (quickly) to #1. At least that makes it possible for me to use the utility without having yo have #3 on all the time. I've tried the window location setting -- even applied it to All Programs -- but I can't seem to get this window to relocate.

It's an obscure, tiny app, so you probably never heard of it. Still, if I open it and my 3rd monitor happens to be off, I see nothing on monitors 1 and 2, and the only way I can use the window is to turn on monitor 3 to see it and/or move it to monitor 1. And that's annoying.

Any idea what I can do to make the thing open always on 1? ]]>
