I've noticed a quirk with changing the color. Until you hit ok and finalize the color selection, the secondary taskbar changes seems to only change to about 80% of the primary taskbar. But after you close the window, it changes to accurately reflect the original one.

If it's a visual style problem, I don't know what to say, they work fine for me. When I change theme in windows 7, e.g. aero black - aero blue, then only taskbar on 1st display gets changed to blue. Right one stays black.
