There's one very cool effect: I have enabled the transparency title bar button, so I can actually bring the window to foreground (at 50% opacy).
Since I work with console windows most of the times the revealed windows were console windows, sometimes the Eclipse help window and rarely other ones.

I will further pay attention to Eclipse's activation/foreground state when I again encounter the issue.

Happens when I hover an element of the AST, just before the tooltip is shown. I have noticed strange problem sometimes. I can't find a rule to reproduce it always, it simply happens sometimes when window is not having focus.

Here is image, note the position of move window... It happens rarely, I can live with it.
