When I'm playing games in bordered windowed mode, there are some programs which when I click from the taskbar get stuck behind the game window and I cannot access it. I have to exit out of the stuck application and relaunch it. It will open if I have a different window like a browser or explorer window open and it behaves normally. Alternatively I can also launch the application from the second monitor without issues. If I stop running DF then this issue goes away and all windows open from the taskbar normally without getting stuck behind the fullscreened game/application.
