For example, start some program directly by link or .exe - all is ok.
Open cmd, run that program by typing it path's and name - program runs ok but resizing/moving are not possible.
Open Far Manager, find any image, press Enter - my system runs picture viewer (in my case it is xnviewmp) and resizing/moving is not working. Starting picture viewer directly - it works ok.

The window does not move at all it just stays in the same position. This seems to be an intermittent issue. It has happened again this morning. Refer to the attached logs. I have a shortcut set up to split the windows to right side or left side of the screen - being ctrl+alt+numpad 6 or numpad 4. This works on all other programs but is intermittent in Chrome. Also I have downloaded and tried to repreoduce the issue on Firefox and it has the same problem. However I tried in Edge browser and the resizing works fine on Edge.

Could you send me over a debug log? Here are the steps:

• On the DisplayFusion Settings > Troubleshooting tab, change the Logging drop-down to "L1: Log Minimal" and click Apply
• Reproduce the issue and note the time so we'll know where to check in the log file
• Click the "Export Info to File" button on the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
• Reply with the file attached
• Disable debug logging after sending the log
