I have DF set to open all windows of chrome on my primary monitor, when I drag a window to the other screen everything works as expected, the window moves and with Windows 7 snapping feature, stays maximized. But if I try to move a tab via 'tab tearing,' DF sees this as a new window and instantly moves it back to the main monitor.
