Odd! I had already rebooted my PC since the last update. I actually only noticed the problem after my last reboot this morning, after some Windows updates. I think it must be a quirk on my system, when the application is set to start automatically with Windows. I will keep a look out for further problems.

If you haven't already, can you try rebooting? I always find this a very useful feature. I had actually forgotten that this was a DisplayFusion feature rather than part of Windows Aero Snap, which resizes the window. I have played around with the Window Snapping settings to see if that helps, but to no avail.
