I did fix the arrangement in Win7. After reboot, they stayed as they should have been.

I also took the additional step though of saving the theme(?) in case it gets switched back around again.

• Create a Monitor Profile for the layout that you want
• Create a shortcut in the Start > All Programs > Startup folder with the Target being something like this: "C:\Program Files (x86)\DisplayFusion\DisplayFusionCommand.exe" -monitorloadprofile "Monitor Profile Name"
• Enable the "Monitor Configuration: Don't Show Confirm Prompt" Advanced Setting (set it to 1)

I do have Live Mesh and use it. Part of my problem is I have two regular monitors flanking a wide screen. With DisplayFusion at least I can use a hot key to reset it, but is there anyway around the issue when utilizing Live Mesh to have DisplayFusion reset to a default profile?

Could you try swapping them in the Windows Screen Resolution settings? Windows 7 should remember the monitor configuration on a reboot (my laptop and desktop both do), and DisplayFusion shouldn't be affecting it as it doesn't apply any Monitor Configuration settings automatically.

I've only just installed Display Fusion and this was my first restart since installation, so I haven't manually moved anything since installing it. In other words, I don't know the answer to your second question because I haven't done it.
