vmware player now no longer responds to the titlebar buttons such as to move to next/prev monitor or resize height/width to 100%.

And if notepad++ is running as admin, the move to next/prev monitor buttton results in the window resizing to a smaller size on the same monitor instead of actually moving. Running notepad++ in non-admin mode works fine.

Perhaps vmware player is also running as admin (not sure how to check).

Both apps were working fine in earlier versions.
