I just found out that this only happens when displayscaling is set to 150% or more on the 4k monitor.
When the displayscaling is set to the default 100% it does not happen.
The other 2 monitors already had displayscaling 100%.
Any way to let displayfusion handle this problem?

I cant see the photo (Im not part of the staff) But I would assume that its something to do with explorer.exe
can you alt+ctrl+delete to start taskman, and try restarting explorer.exe in the processes tab? (not exactly an ideal sollution, but its better than restarting the pc, and will help narrow down the problem if it helps

Also does running 'sfc /scannow' in command prompt yeild any 'errors' (sfc /scannow /f /r if you want to just let windows try to automatically fix the problem)

Lastly try to run windows in safemode to see if the error still occurs

Not sure if it would be DisplayFusion or not. If you exit DisplayFusion before the computer enters sleep, does this still happen after it wakes up?
Seems like it also happens without Displayfusion.
So annoying

Whenever I wake up the PC from sleep mode, 1 screen goes totally bonkers. When I drag a window it leaves a trail behind and the trail does not go away, so I need to reboot each time to get it fixed.

I already tried changing the resolution, the issue is gone when I go one resolution lower, then why I put it big at max res, the window trail is back. Restarting displayfusion does not help either.

The screen is in portrait mode - 2160*3840 @ 60hz and 150% scaling.

Any idea what is causing this? And if it's even related to displayfusion?

I had to take a picture instead of a screenshot, because for some reason the trail is not recorded on the screenshot.
