Ah, yep. Windows 10 doesn't allow you to change that image any more. If you have the Windows 10 Anniversary Update that was just released on Tuesday, you should be able to enable the "Show lock screen background picture on the sign-in screen" option in PC Settings > Personalization > Lock Screen. That should then use whatever you've set as the Lock Screen for that password screen as well.

Hope that helps!

Actually I wanted to get rid of the Lock Screen all together and change the image behind the password screen.

I checked the "hide lock screen" option and that blocked windows 10 from setting any image on the Lock Screen page. However, I still get a black window appearing when I lock (Win+L) my computer. In windows 7 if I locked my computer I would get the password screen and that was the only screen I would get (as I had my screensaver disabled).

I used DisplayFusion on Win7 and had it configured to manage the Windows Logon screen with my on wallpaper. It worked great. I recently upgraded to Win10, but the same configuration does not seem to work. The default Win 10 settings in Personalization > Lock Screen seem to be in control as I don't see my wallpaper but the default windows wallpaper instead.

Is there another place that I should be looking at?

I also tried the Windows 10 tab and tried enabling the "Hide Windows Lock Screen" setting. But that doesn't seem to do anything. I still see the lock screen.
