This is configured like this.

Only 1.2 (The middle of my ultra-wide) has the taskbar and that's how I like it, I don't want a super stretched taskbar, nor do I want one on each logical 'split'.

Recently I am having an issue where my taskbar looks like this. Meaning I can't press the start button, which is fine, I can use the windows key on my keyboard. The really annoying part is that I can't search for anything, as soon as I begin to type the entire start menu disappears.

So far the only way I can find to resolve this is to restart my PC... Any other steps would be appreciated!
