Also, could you download the SIW Freeware version from here: http://www.gtopala.com/siw-download.html. It will make an inventory of the hardware and software on your computer. I'll try to duplicate your setup as close as possible and hopefully I'll be able to reproduce the issue. Please send the debug log and the SIW report to support@displayfusion.com.
It just doesn't look very pretty when you have two images squashed onto one screen...

Hi,

Thank you for the great product!

I’ve installed the lastest 30 day trial of Display Fusion version 3.3.1-Beta-19, and have the same issue as the original poster, Wil, above.

The only difference is I have my monitors one above the other.

I’ve sent the log file to Support as requested.

I have “ticked the box that says ‘Warn me if my wallpaper needs adjusting’ and also ticked ‘Fix my wallpaper without prompting.’ ”

I’ve also overridden the delay in displaying the wallpaper after startup as described in the post above.

It still doesn’t fix the wallpaper after startup unless I open the DisplayFusion program and click “Apply” again.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I also repeated the above with the box “Adjust Background for Use with Active Desktop” both checked and unchecked but this seems to have no effect on the issue above.

(I’m not sure if this is working correctly either, as I think I have “Active Desktop” turned on, but it seems to put the images on the wrong monitors when this option is checked.

It sounds the same as this issue: http://www.binaryfortress.com/Forum/index.php?topic=2245.msg10677#msg10677

I followed the instructions here: http://www.displayfusion.com/FAQ/#disableactivedesktop

but my registry did not have the entries "...\Explorer\ClassicShell" inside the "Policies" folder...)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

*Frustrated!* I hope there are solutions available!

Kind Regards!

I hardly use Display fusion to its true purpose, I only really use it for "move monitor and centre" which I love!

If I try to manually change the wallpaper, launch a program that changes resolution, disconnect/reconnect screen - it used to warn just fine (and now I ticked auto fix, it just goes ok straight away).

If I choose not to use the wall paper features of it, it works as expected - but I like having the multi screen Centre!... all be it for only the Windows Logo! (I hardly ever look at the desktop!... but I do need to get some better ones!).

I duplicated the profile, and when I switch, it fixes just fine... it is only when the computer first starts up (or Display Fusion starts) that it happens.
