I have a 1080p 144hz monitor alongside a 4k monitor. When I press the start menu button on the taskbar or the windows key to open the start menu, my start menu appears in the wrong position (as pictured). I can repeat clicking the button again and again and it will behave the same, appearing offset in the middle of the screen. Changing the position of my monitor's alignment affects where the start menu appears. ]]>
