However, I am now seeing problems with things locking. Today, the taskbar on the second monitor locked and I can't get to the right-click menu from the SysTray. I think it is a lost cause for me. I wouldn't be surprised if it is a conflict with VB4 (yes, I know that is a weird one but its one that I have to support on this machine). I have seen this behavior with a number of applications but Outlook is the most consistent culprit.

When looking at the Inbox list, you double-click on an email item to open it. The email opens but the main Outlook window comes back to the front with the focus.

I am running WinXP SP3, Outlook 2007, DF 3.1.10. My troubleshooting info is below.
