Glad to hear it's been working well in Windows 8!
I agree that the UAC prompt should show on the screen that the shortcut was launched from, but I'm not sure if it's possible. We'll investigate that as well.
I'll be sure to post an update as soon as we have one.
Thanks!

My turn: very interesting! Indeed a Ctrl + click works … however, the UAC prompt itself opens on monitor 1 (and I am embarrassed not to have intuited that). To my way of thinking, the logic of the workflow is that a shortcut is placed on the DisplayFusion taskbar because that's where the app will be used. Mousing back to monitor 1 is a minor disruption. I well understand this behavior [placement of the UAC prompt] may be dictated by Windows and so out of DisplayFusion's control.

As an aside, I discovered this business testing Windows 8 and I must say DisplayFusion is working brilliantly on it already. Microsoft may think multi-monitor support has been improved in the new Windows but it is your utility that makes multi-monitors efficient and a joy to use.

Best wishes!
