I like to have them disabled but regardless of the checkbox state, sticky corners are still enabled.

I assume Microsoft changed the way sticky corners are enabled in the WIndows 10 Tech Preview Build 9926. I can't say if it worked before in Windows 10 as I've come straight from Windows 8.1 (where disabling sticky corners worked) to Build 9926. ]]>
