Here are the instructions on how to do that:

• Enable the Span option
• In the drop-down list, choose the DisplayFusion Photos Screen Saver
• Click the Settings button
• Click Browse, and choose the folder where that image exists in (if it's just a single image, you'll need to move it to it's own folder)
• Select "Stretch" from the drop-down
• Make sure the "Use preview mode" checkbox is enabled
• Click OK, then click Preview to test it out

I have a JPG and am trying to spread across dual monitors w/password protection. When I click on start screen saver, it works only when I do not check the option to span across multiple displays.
