Ok, could you try creating a rule on the Settings > Compatibility tab for one of the affected games, and enable the "Disable Wallpaper changes while this application is running" option in the rule? If it works, you can add the other games to the rule as well, just separate them in the Application field with a pipe (|) symbol.

Assetto Corsa is running in true fullscreen with 5760 x 1080 resolution (Nvidia surround enabled)<br/>
Mass Effect: Andromeda is running in true fullscreen with 1920 x 1080 resolution on the main monitor.<br/>
