How about have a checkbox option below, that reads something like "every other monitor"

However, starting with DisplayFusion 3.2 you will be able to use wallpaper profiles and command line options (even while DF is already running) to accomplish more complex things like this. that is if you take in account suggestion #1, from ^above. Have the wallpapers change on both monitors every 10 minutes, BUT! shift them 5 minutes, against each other. if you have 2 monitors, then this way picture on each monitor will change 5 minutes after each other.

each dash is a minute (-)
each vertical line is a wallpaper change (|)

will 3 monitors you can have total wallpaper cycle per monitor at 15 minutes, but if you "shift" them 5 against each other, then you wll see 1 new wallpaper on one of the monitors every 5 minutes. ]]>
