I have excellent RDP detection in place already, but like "taskse7en" said, VNC detection is spotty at best. You can already disable the wallpaper changing very quickly though:
- Right-click the DisplayFusion icon in the taskbar tray
- Click "Random Wallpaper Changer"
- Select "Freeze Current Images"

This will prevent the image changer from doing anything while the images are frozen. This setting will be reset on the next restart, or by unselecting the freeze option. I hope this helps.

There is currently an option for suspending wallpaper changes during a Remote Desktop Sesssion (RDP), but I use RealVNC (http://www.realvnc.com) which is significatnly better than RDP and includes encryption and many other features. It would be really nice for DisplayFusion to detect if the local PC is being controlled though a VNC session and suspend wallpaper updates.
