Oldly enough I have just noticed this on my windows 7 machine. Have just uprated my graphics card and am playing around with some display port adapters (work still in progress !) windows / programs start instantly form primary screen task bar, but a definite delay on either of the other 2 monitors - only with programs pinned to the secondary task bars, and not from the windows button panel ?
Am having a few problems with some of the AMD driver set ups so cant really confirm anything at the moment but this does seem to be coincidental and recently, cant remember if I noticed before the card change over. Running display fusion Pro 9.4.3 (unfortunately display fusion and AMD did updates in the middle of all this !

Ok, thanks! Could you attach a copy of your troubleshooting info from the new computer?

Since it's a brand new machine with the same issue, I'm leaning towards it being a conflict with another program that you have installed. If you disable everything from startup except for DisplayFusion and reboot, can you still reproduce this issue?

I've been using DisplayFusion for many years and I've noticed in the past couple of days a very strange behaviour with specifically the DF taskbar on my right monitor. There is now a very noticeable click delay, which has essentially made the DF taskbar unusable.

The Windows 10 taskbar works as it should, with instant response to a click. With the DF taskbar, I have to keep my mouse over top of whatever I'm clicking to provide it with enough "time" to process my click.

I've tried uninstalling DF, reinstalling, tried the latest beta (8.0 beta 6), all to no avail.
