Is it possible this was available in a previous release I had or something?

I have the full names on the taskbar programs, but Id like it to go back to how I had it configured previously with just the icon.

Ive scoured the settings and dont have that setting mentioned above. I also looked around for a link to the beta and couldnt track that down.

That didn't work, reinstalling 3.0.6 didn't work as well. . How can I get the full text icons back again?
