On the Functions Settings the 3rd column looks like it is something to do with Command Line - however on my installation and all photos I've seen of DisplayFusion this Column is always Blank.

There sure is! You can use the DisplayFusion Command Line tool to run Functions from the command line, so you could create a shortcut to run it on startup. Details about the Command Line tool here: http://www.displayfusion.com/KB/CommandLine/

If it doesn't work with just a normal shortcut on startup, you might need to set it up as a Scheduled Task with a delayed start, so that it runs after DisplayFusion has already started up.

Let me know if you run into any trouble with this, and I'll help you get it sorted
Thanks!

Is there a way to Automatically Lock Mouse Cursor to Current Monitor at Startup?

You can add the Titlebar Button "Lock/Unlock Mouse Cursor to Current Monitor", however at Windows Start it is always deactivated (even if it was activated when Windows was closed down).

This is to prevent the Mouse from going on to another Screen that is Not Switched on normally - as most Monitors that are switched OFF still have their EDID Information read via the HDMI or VGA Port on the Computer, and hence the can Mouse can disappear on to a Turned OFF Monitor
