It sounds like the programs may be starting up before (or at the same time) as DisplayFusion, so DisplayFusion's hooks may not be loaded yet. As a workaround, you could use something like Startup Delayer (<a href="http://www.r2.com.au/page/products/show/startup-delayer/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"><b>http://www.r2.com.au/page/products/show/startup-delayer/</b></a>) to control the order that the startup programs start in.<br/>
<br/>
We've also got a feature request on our list for the ability to have DisplayFusion launch programs on startup, so that they are launched after DisplayFusion starts. I'll add your vote to it <img src="https://www.displayfusion.com/MediaCommon/SVGs/FontAwesome/face-smile.light.svg" alt=":)" style="box-sizing:border-box;position:relative;overflow:hidden;vertical-align:middle !important;width:16px;height:16px;" HelpButtonData=":)" HelpButtonDataAlign="BelowMiddle" /><br/>
<br/>
Thanks!

this isnt a new bug but im just getting around to reporting it.. when you have a app that loads at the start of windows the app gets moved to the correct monitor but it doesnt get placed in the right sport per the rules i have set, "size and move windows to the right side of the monitor." i have a TON of stuff that loads at windows start so im not sure if that will effect your testing of the bug or not ie. dont test with a bare windows start with only one app loading <img src="https://www.displayfusion.com/MediaCommon/SVGs/FontAwesome/face-grin-tongue.light.svg" alt=";-P" style="box-sizing:border-box;position:relative;overflow:hidden;vertical-align:middle !important;width:16px;height:16px;" HelpButtonData=";-P" HelpButtonDataAlign="BelowMiddle" /><br/>
<br/>
this does function properly if i was just to start said app in the middle of a 'windows session'.. i think there is just some order to when which app is loaded at start and it doesnt get caught to apply the prefs on it..
