i personally quite like this feature of windows 10 and would find it quite useful to have in windows 7. currently i have my 2 monitors set in the display settings to be offset by about 10mm when the physical monitors are actually level. this works but gets on my nerves when i have windows spanning both screens. as such i would really love for an option that enables this feature in windows 7.
