Does that window have a different window class maybe? You can use the picker next to the "Classe de Janela" field in the Trigger rule to check it for both windows. If it's different for that window, then you can exclude it by putting a minus sign in front, like this:

-"WindowClassOfWindowYouWantToExclude"
