To clarify, is it the Windows taskbar that comes to the front of the full screen video when it loses focus, or the DisplayFusion taskbar? If it's the DisplayFusion taskbar, you can disable this behaviour on the <a href="http://www.displayfusion.com/Help#settings-taskbar" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"><b>Settings &gt; Taskbar tab</b></a>. Just disable the "Show taskbar in front of full screen applications when they lose focus" option.<br/>

Unfortunately it's not possible to disable that behaviour for the Windows taskbar though.<br/>
