We currently don't support saving the Z order with Window Position Profiles, but we do have it open as a feature request. I've added your vote to it, so we'll be sure to let you know if/when we have any further news on it.

I have 3 profiles setup in Window Position Profiles.

Within a profile I have some windows that are on top of others.(That's what I want) But these windows do not open on top, instead they are underneath because of the order they reposition.

Is there a way to tell it what order to have the windows repositioned?
