I couldn't think of a better way to explain it in the title, so here goes. I have three monitors, one of them in a cintiq 21UX so the screen size is different from all the others and most of my wallpapers are for my other two monitors that are 1920x1080, the cintiq is 1600x1200. So a lot of my images either have to be stretched to fit, or scaled to fit. So I was thinking it would be nice to have an option if you do choose scale to fit, to provide the same background underneath, enlarged and blurred out and maybe with a shadow option as well. I have provided an example of what I mean to illustrate more clearly what I am talking about.

Another idea is that it could detect the general color scheme and will change from the standard black color and will use a common color from the background, and also possibly have a gradient on it as well. It's just a shame to have black bars on one of my screens when it doesn't have any software on it.
