I turned it off and haven't looked back. It's basically to protect grandmothers from screwing up their computers. Admins also like it to keep workers from changing anything. Did you download the installation or the archive version? (.exe or .zip) Did you install it to the default location (C:\Program Files (x86)\...)? Can you try disabling any anti-virus and let me know if that makes a difference? Installation seems to work, but attempting to run the program gives me the following error:

I have attempted running the program as an administrator, and still no dice.
I uninstalled it, downloaded a second copy of the installer, ran the installer as administrator, but attempting to run the program still results in the same error.

Also, minor gripe, this forum's search function does not allow me to search for "Windows 7" as "Each word must be at least two characters long". Arbitrary search rules like that are just stupid. ]]>
