* Move the window to the center and size it to 100% (ctrl-win-D)
* Move the window to the center and size it 75% horizontally and 85% vertically. (ctrl-win-C)

The 100% one is mainly for application which cannot be set to maximize and the 75%/85% one give you a little more screen space on a widescreen monitor than the build-in ctrl-win-S.

I changed them to ctrl-win-d and ctrl-win-c respectively and they were still active after one reboot. But when I logged in this morning they were also reset to the default values of q and x.

The older versions had this problem as well, but they sometimes lasted for a week. IE: A week worth of reboots and nothing happened but now it's after every reboot.

That's a good question, I never changed the standard keys cause I think they are setup nicely (and the fact I'm used to them ). Anyhow, regarding to the custom hot-keys: they are gone every time I reboot my computer. This has been going on for several weeks now.
In the beginning it was no big deal since I made a .REG file on which I double clicked and my custom hot-keys were back. But now it starts to get annoying.

I'm running Windows Vista x86 and I have UAC on. I don't believe it to be an administrator issue or anything, because all my settings are kept except the custom hot-keys. Any ideas on this would be greatly appreciated.
