I normally reinstall my Windows PC alot depending of some software i use for some special hardware that sometime, it crash my PC and need to reinstall Windows. So i wanted to know if i decide to buy the Steam Version and my PC crash, can i reinstall it from Steam or require to buy it again after i clean install my Windows machine ?
