PS the function used on this occurrence is "Move Window to Next Monitor and Size Proportionally", however I originally was having this problem with the non-proportional variant. I tried switching to the proportional version and immediately had the same exact issue. That was, by pure chance, the one caught on the log. Behavior is exactly the same for both functions.

I haven't been able to catch this in the logs (yet), as I don't usually have logging enabled. It's as if the Function is running twice. Started with DF 9.7 -- everything was perfect on 9.6.
