It is caused by the DPI being different for each of your monitors. The only way DisplayFusion would be able to compensate for this would be if you manually entered your screen's horizontal and vertical size. Then DisplayFusion would be able properly scale the images based on the monitor's DPI. This is a feature I will add to my todo list to play around with for a future version.

I am using DisplayFusion with a laptop on a docking station and an external monitor. The laptop screen is 1920x1200, and the external monitor is 1680x1050. However, the external monitor is actually larger than the laptop display, even though it has a lower resolution than the laptop display.

The problem, as you might already be guessing, is that a desktop picture that spans both monitors doesn't match up just right. I'm thinking there might be a way to fix this, but I'm not quite sure how. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
