<description><![CDATA[Perhaps it is because I am still running a preview of Win8.  I have multiple monitors and one monitor shows it correct but the other monitor still shows the dual even though it is turned off.
Any other ideas?

Right-click the Windows taskbar, choose Properties
Disable the "Show taskbar on all displays" option
Click OK
