It does look like the same symptom with the problem I had caused by DPI scaling  (Adjust font size (DPI) in display properties)<br/>
If you go to DF's settings-troubleshooting, you should be able to verify that whether DF got your screen resolution right.  I think DF got the resolution of both screens wrong (due to DPI scaling, I believe), if so, here is the solution: <br/>

hello. i have just done a re-install of vista on my pc and i am having issues w/DF.  i had DF installed previously with no problems. i have a 24" at 1920x1200 and a 22" at 1680x1050. using an nvidia 9600gt. i am trying to set monitors with different wallpapers. when i apply settings,the images are split ,showing both wallp's on both mons,AND split into 4 sects. when i open desktop background in windows,the tile selection is checked,but when i check stretch the "quarted" part chages but still has split on screens. i have screenshots attached. i hope setting are visable. any advice aprreciated.
