Want to change all my folders in the wall paper profiles to say D:\folder instead of c:\folder and I could not find how.

Made a symbolic link instead

Ran cmd as admin
mklink c:\folder d:\folder

not looking for a new solution, just posting for the next guy looking for a solution. ]]>
