Is there a way to have the middle mouse click to use an alternative Window Move/Size options?

Current Middle Mouse Click
> Move Window to Next Monitor
aka, Ctrl + Win + X

Desired Middle Mouse Click
> Move Window to Next Monitor and Size Proportionally
aka, Ctrl + Win + Z

The OOB middle mouse click causes odd resizing issues due to my monitor setup:
Primary: 4k 28"
Secondary: 1080p 27"

The alternative Move and Size Proportionally does a reasonably good job.

I have seen the discussion Middle mouse to move window to next monitor, but wanted to open a new discussion as this is slightly different where the middle mouse button request is to use an existing Move/Size options. ]]>
