If I click No, I go back to Settings and am in a loop. I manually went to Logon and turned off DF Wallpaper there. The wallpaper also disappeared. The wallpaper is showing up in the settings, but not on my desktop.

After the update my static (My Images) wallpaper was gone. I tried to apply the image back but it gave an error saying it was not an image (tried with a valid .jpg and .png) image without success.
So I had to create a new profile to make it work as expected.
