This functionality is now available using a Scripted Function. We've written an example one for you. Here's how to set it up:

• On the DisplayFusion Settings > Functions tab, click the "Download Scripted" button
• Double-click the script named "Save/Restore Desktop Icon Profile on Sleep/Resume"
• Give it a key combination and click OK
• Optionally, select it, click "Toggle TitleBar Button" (to add it to the caption bar of every application)
• Click Apply and test it out

You'll need to run the function manually to start it, and then it should run in the background. If it seems to work for you, let me know and I'll give you instructions on how to set it to run on startup

(this became a problem when I switched to two 24" display port monitors) I'm lazy and would love a feature in Display Fusion that detected a sleep/wake cycle and did this for me. Additionally if Display Fusion could detect that the system is shutting down it should save the current icon layout and restore it upon launch (toggleable enabled/disabled, of course.) ]]>
