Anything yet? I've having this issue. But it's causing my desktop icons to shift down (with my fences) and unaligned from my main monitor (same setup as OP)

I just need my secondary taskbar to be in the bottom

No, it still needs the work around. But like I said in my most recent comment, the work around should still work if you want your taskbars at the bottom.

[PSA FIX][Windows 11][DF taskbar + Start11] Fix for windows falling behind DisplayFusion taskbar when used with Start11

After upgrading to Windows 11, I installed Start11 to be able to move the taskbar to the top of both my monitors. The problem is that windows kept falling behind DisplayFusion's taskbar and could only be "fixed" by restarting Explorer after moving all windows to the monitor with the Windows taskbar and then minimizing them.

My arrangement:
•

Primary display is to the right of the secondary display

•

Windows taskbar is on primary display

•

DisplayFusion taskbar is on secondary display

I've completely solved my issue by changing the following:
•

Start11 Settings > Taskbar > Taskbar position > Secondary monitors > Align Bottom:

•

DisplayFusion taskbar > Right-click > Multi-Monitor Taskbar > Position > Top:

I know it seems counterintuitive, but for whatever reason the DisplayFusion taskbar has the proper space reserved for it by setting the Start11

Taskbar position

for

Secondary monitors

to the opposite of where the DisplayFusion taskbar is located. In my case, I had to set it to

Align Bottom

since I have the DisplayFusion taskbar at the top. I also tested to see if the same behavior applies if both taskbars are at the bottom and it worked just as well— if you keep both taskbars at the bottom, then set the DisplayFusion taskbar position to

Bottom

and set the Start11

Taskbar position

for

Secondary monitors

Align Top

. You'll have to restart Explorer one more time. Ever since I discovered this a week ago, I've turned off/on both monitors each day, rebooted my computer each day, and not once has a single window fallen behind the DisplayFusion taskbar!
