No, it still needs the work around. But like I said in my most recent comment, the work around <i>should still work if you want your taskbars at the bottom.</i>

After upgrading to Windows 11, I installed <a href="https://www.stardock.com/products/start11" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"><b>Start11</b></a> to be able to move the taskbar to the top of both my monitors. The problem is that windows kept falling behind DisplayFusion's taskbar and could only be "fixed" by restarting Explorer <i>after</i> moving all windows to the monitor with the Windows taskbar and then minimizing them.<br/>
<br/>
My arrangement:<br/>
• <div class="Inline"><pre>Primary display is to the right of the secondary display</pre></div><br/>
• <div class="Inline"><pre>Windows taskbar is on primary display</pre></div><br/>
• <div class="Inline"><pre>DisplayFusion taskbar is on secondary display</pre></div><br/>
<div class="Image"><a href="https://www.displayfusion.com/Discussions/Download/?ID=69619440-68c4-4660-9d31-adf389de2eb5" target="_blank" data-fancybox="" data-caption="https://www.displayfusion.com/Discussions/Download/?ID=69619440-68c4-4660-9d31-adf389de2eb5" HelpButtonData="https://www.displayfusion.com/Discussions/Download/?ID=69619440-68c4-4660-9d31-adf389de2eb5" HelpButtonDataAlign="BelowMiddle"><img src="https://www.displayfusion.com/Discussions/Download/?ID=69619440-68c4-4660-9d31-adf389de2eb5" alt="https://www.displayfusion.com/Discussions/Download/?ID=69619440-68c4-4660-9d31-adf389de2eb5" title=""></a></div><br/>
<b>I've completely solved my issue by changing the following:</b><br/>
• <div class="Inline"><pre>Start11 Settings &gt; Taskbar &gt; Taskbar position &gt; Secondary monitors &gt; Align Bottom:</pre></div><br/>
<div class="Image"><a href="https://www.displayfusion.com/Discussions/Download/?ID=587ac273-b2fd-4712-8e0c-241af43dccaf" target="_blank" data-fancybox="" data-caption="https://www.displayfusion.com/Discussions/Download/?ID=587ac273-b2fd-4712-8e0c-241af43dccaf" HelpButtonData="https://www.displayfusion.com/Discussions/Download/?ID=587ac273-b2fd-4712-8e0c-241af43dccaf" HelpButtonDataAlign="BelowMiddle"><img src="https://www.displayfusion.com/Discussions/Download/?ID=587ac273-b2fd-4712-8e0c-241af43dccaf" alt="https://www.displayfusion.com/Discussions/Download/?ID=587ac273-b2fd-4712-8e0c-241af43dccaf" title=""></a></div><br/>
• <div class="Inline"><pre>DisplayFusion taskbar &gt; Right-click &gt; Multi-Monitor Taskbar &gt; Position &gt; Top:</pre></div><br/>
<div class="Image"><a href="https://www.displayfusion.com/Discussions/Download/?ID=d0671058-6e5d-4e00-9284-a958edd81869" target="_blank" data-fancybox="" data-caption="https://www.displayfusion.com/Discussions/Download/?ID=d0671058-6e5d-4e00-9284-a958edd81869" HelpButtonData="https://www.displayfusion.com/Discussions/Download/?ID=d0671058-6e5d-4e00-9284-a958edd81869" HelpButtonDataAlign="BelowMiddle"><img src="https://www.displayfusion.com/Discussions/Download/?ID=d0671058-6e5d-4e00-9284-a958edd81869" alt="https://www.displayfusion.com/Discussions/Download/?ID=d0671058-6e5d-4e00-9284-a958edd81869" title=""></a></div><br/>
I know it seems counterintuitive, but for whatever reason the DisplayFusion taskbar has the proper space reserved for it by setting the Start11 <div class="Inline"><pre>Taskbar position</pre></div> for <div class="Inline"><pre>Secondary monitors</pre></div> to the <b><i>opposite</i></b> of where the DisplayFusion taskbar is located. In my case, I had to set it to <div class="Inline"><pre>Align Bottom</pre></div> since I have the DisplayFusion taskbar at the top. I also tested to see if the same behavior applies if both taskbars are at the bottom and it worked just as well— if you keep both taskbars at the bottom, then set the DisplayFusion taskbar position to <div class="Inline"><pre>Bottom</pre></div> and set the Start11 <div class="Inline"><pre>Taskbar position</pre></div> for <div class="Inline"><pre>Secondary monitors</pre></div> to <div class="Inline"><pre>Align Top</pre></div>. You'll have to restart Explorer one more time. Ever since I discovered this a week ago, I've turned off/on both monitors each day, rebooted my computer each day, and not once has a single window fallen behind the DisplayFusion taskbar!
