Things no longer reset back to the correct location.

I'm going to try and change the delay from 3000 ms to 8000 ms?

I have a 49 inch widescreen with a 1/3 and 2/3 split left to right. All apps always end back up on the 1/3 screen.

Is there a setting I am missing? ]]>
