The titlebar buttons appearing on that window are expected. It looks like that window is set to always on top, which is causing the buttons to appear on other desktops and the lock screen. I've noted that info on our ticket.

Not sure if this is just a v10 beta issue or not but noticed that titlebar buttons are appearing in PowerPoint when using SmartArt as shown. These buttons also then appear on other Virtual Desktops too and the lockscreen.

Easy to replicate, just start PPT and insert a SmartArt object. ]]>
