I haven't come across any tools that can make multiple monitors work in tablet/touch mode. DisplayFusion came up in some old threads I saw elsewhere about the topic, but not in a way that confirmed whether or not it could actually help.
 
So this might not even be the right tool, but I was wondering if anyone knows if it's possible? ]]>
