Unfortunately there isn't really a way around that from our end.

Those flashes are from DisplayFusion confirming each window in the profile is in the correct location as well.

Also, although no window positions have changed between the save/restore, there is a fast, hectic flashing and temporarily coming to the front of numerous windows. Can this be improved? I'm using 9.9 Pro. ]]>
