It sounds like when DisplayFusion tries to move that KeePass window, KeePass is blocking it until you've entered your password, and bringing the login window to the front. Unfortunately there isn't really a way around that from our end. <br/>

Those flashes are from DisplayFusion confirming each window in the profile is in the correct location as well. <br/>

When I save a window position profile and immediately load it, I'm finding that my minimized and locked Keepass program is restored, comes to the front, and presents me with its "Unlock database" dialog box. Also, although no window positions have changed between the save/restore, there is a fast, hectic flashing and temporarily coming to the front of numerous windows. Can this be improved? I'm using 9.9 Pro.
