We can't hook those windows, so we have to use polling, and if it happens too quickly then it will be caught on the wrong monitor.

Glad to hear that Trigger rule worked. For the Chrome window thing, you can create a Trigger rule that will force all new windows to open on the monitor where the mouse cursor is. Please see the attached screenshot for reference.

The same goes for clicking the ^ a few times.

Furthermore applications running on one monitor if you then go to open a second instance (like chrome) even if opened from a DF taskbar on secondary monitor, will still open on the primary monitor where the first chrome is already open.

These two things are really making the DF taskbars not very useful.... ]]>
