Actually, when you click the "Add Folder" button in the dialog that appears it says "Sub-folders will be included automatically". I am still working on the online documentation though and I'll be sure to include this note.

It looks like you've been busy putting DisplayFusion through it's paces! I am unable to reproduce the problem you are talking about. I set 3 folders, 2 of which are assigned to the first screen and all 3 are assigned to the second. Nothing from the 3rd folder ever appears on the first screen. Are your folders nested at all? Are some of them sub-folders? DisplayFusion recurses through all the sub-folders, not just the top-level one you select. Let me know if it is still happening.

I've set up two monitors and I want to use a random background for each.
Monitor 1p gets folder A, B, C and D.
Monitor 2 gets folder A, B and C.

Monitor 2 shows me pictures from folder D. Possibly some variables were not reset correctly.
