When I try to load a monitor profile, I get the following message;

An error has occurred while applying your new Monitor configuration.
Error: Failed to call SetDisplayConfig. [HR: 31]
[System.Exception]

This problem appears after having unplugged an HDMI from by computer and then putting it back again. I assumed this was due to windows/display fusion not seeing the monitor which has been reinserted as the same one that was a part of the monitor profile. I have tried to setup the monitor profile again, and then saving, without then touching the cables. However the issue keeps persisting everytime I try to load the desired monitor profile.
