Only PC Games have windowed fullscreen mode, e.g Counter-Strike, StarCraft, etc.

My Windows Taskbar is on the left, the Display Fusion Taskbar is on the right.

When I move a windowed full screen program to next monitor (Ctrl + Win + X) the windowed program is moved around 10 px away from the edge of the second monitor.
